I faced with an issue and none of Tera1 and Tera2 couldn’t download new firmware and install it. As you know, we have to take backup from database and restore it after importing PCoIP MC console by vCenter Converter. All firmware, profiles, groups and groups’ members should be restored after restoring database but it seems, there is a problem about firmware and firmware won’t restore properly. So you should remove all firmwares and upload firmwares again.
